@natale_realtors Coaching has exploded after the last fifteen years. Nowadays you see agents with three years of selling real estate in the easiest three years to be successful “get out of production” and become a full-time coach. It’s bananas. It’s also no coincidence that over the last fifteen years, the role of the broker has decreased from coaching and training and full towards being a recruiting machine. Recruitment over everything has been the mantra the last decade plus as many franchises took over much of the real estate landscape here at the Shore. While there’s a need to go out and find new talent, the broker's ultimate role is to train and oversee the actions of the agents within their company. Coaching helps agents succeed as well. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of great coaches out there. However there’s less responsibility on the coach that gets paid monthly versus the broker who only succeeds when their agents succeed. The motivation to help also comes out as well when the agent’s success leads to the broker’s success. Brokers wanted less responsibility, coaches wanted a monthly subscription business, and it all coincided at the same time making coaching much more popular today than it was fifteen years ago. If you’re looking to get into real estate or grow your business with a broker who cares about your success, don’t hesitate to contact our team today to set up a call. #realtor #realtortok #newagent #brokerage #business #coaching ♬ original sound – Natale Realtors
