Erin absolutely crushed her rookie year at Natale Realtors. She not only walked away as the #3 agent at the company, but she also earned the exclusive Rookie of the Year Award to our company’s top-performing first-year agent.
Erin was never short to apply what she was learning and go out and help her clients win. One of her top accomplishments in 2022 was the relocation of buyers from Middlesex county to her hometown of Wall Township. She secured over $50,000 over the asking price on the sale of her client’s home and then negotiated a great deal for them to buy a new home in Wall. While it was extremely hard to have a home sale contingency, Erin got it all to work and got the job done.
