Why are so many Leaders going Back into Production?

Why are Leaders going Back into Production? The biggest reason is the drop in transaction count. With so many less transactions to go around, many leaders, especially the ones who didn’t actually train their agents and just sent them leads, are struggling to make ends meet. Agents who have the tools to be successful are actually doing better now in a more difficult market because consumers value the expert over the novice. It’s always mattered who you work with to have the best results. The difference now is who you hire may determine if you have the ability to even buy or sell due to their expertise and the added experience that’s needed to get a deal done in a much tougher market than the past two years. The second reason is because so many leaders expanded their lifestyle during the past two years. Bigger homes, more expensive cars, more office space, you name it. Many leaders spent it and expanded for a future that was certainly not going to continue. Short-sightedness can hurt you big time and many leaders are paying for it now. The trouble I see with this is that when leaders step back into production, they are taking huge sums of time away from building their brand, business and helping their agents succeed in the future. It’s more important than ever, you call a brokerage home that can help you grow and is all-in on your future. If you’re looking to create a life that’s fulfilling, rewarding and successful, contact me today and let’s get started. I’m always looking for talented people to grow our family with.
