We don’t charge $1 to our new agents. Nothing to enter our REAL School, nothing to start using our technology stack, nothing to put them on a back foot to begin their real estate career with us. That’s the way it should be. Brokers will reap their benefits when the agents they coach up start seeing success and will retain that talent from doing the right thing from the start.
