I see too many brokers out there charge enormous monthly fees or random fees throughout the year to profit off each agent being there whether or not they close business. The profit an agent brings should not exist just from them being there and not closing business. It should come from their success and results. That’s how we are set up. The cost for each agent's technology, insurance and overhead exceeds their small monthly investment. It keeps us responsible as a company to mentor, train and coach each of our agents up to a level they are supremely profitable. It’s how brokerages were designed. Brokerages were not designed to recruit agents to keep agent count high so you can sell those numbers back to ancillary real estate businesses to pay the brokers a monthly fee.
